What can we do to avoid spam messages?

What can we do to avoid spam messages?

I use a web-to-lead form on my company's website and I've been got a lot of spam messages, as you can see on following snapshot:



So, what can I do to avoid those annoying stuff? I've configured the Recaptcha from Google and programmatically adapted to web-to-lead form in order to try blocking those spammers, however they still coming. If there something I can do it would be wonderful. My hosting is from GoDaddy with cPanel, if it's relevant.
