I'm a new user and trying to figure out what "Type" means within Potentials.  I'm assuming by default a potential is new business - even if tied to an account it's still new business for that account since it's a potential.  Under what circumstances are people using "exisiting business" as the type for a potential?  Just want to make sure I'm starting off by using this as intended.
