We want to keep track of all emails sent/received to each contact within the Contacts module.
We currently use o365 (Outlook) for emails. So should we use the o365 (IMAP) integration option rather than Zoho Mail? If so, does that mean we can email a contact from within o365, and it would appear in our o365 inbox and within the Contacts module?
Or should we use the 'Zoho CRM Addin for Microsoft Outlook' plug-in?
To clarify: we want the ability for the team to continue using their Outlooks, and for outgoing/incoming emails to be viewed within the Contacts module for other team members to view and reply if necessary.
