What exactly does Zoho CRM include?? Comparison table seems misleading

What exactly does Zoho CRM include?? Comparison table seems misleading

Hi

I am currently on the free trial for Zoho CRM Professional Edition.

I was wondering exactly what is included with this plan?... for example on the comparison table it has a check mark for the following ZOHO INTEGRATIONS : Campaigns, Reports, Projects, SalesIQ, Support, Survey, Forms, Mail Addon, Writer Addon, Invoice/Books Integration... BUT THEN at the end of the table these are listed again BUT this time they are not checked, only for CRM PLUS... so what is it?

I see that all or most of these have to be payed individually, so my questions is, if I sign up for Zoho CRM Professional Edition do I still have to pay EXTRA for each of these "integrations" or are they actually and fully included as YOU mention on the comparison table???

Also is the Free Trial Version EXACTLY as it would be after Signing up for this edition, or will I have pay more?
