What happened to all my leads??

I used Zoho CRM in 2012, then went to another CRM, as I needed something simpler and with a layout that worked for me. Two weeks ago, I checked out the Zoho CRM and was really happy about the changes.  Over the past couple weeks, I've been adding leads, and setting up activities and tasks.  Tonight I was adding a note and when I saved it, it disappeared.......... and as I looked at my CRM, I saw that I was back to my 2012 CRM.  What the heck happened?  I need the new information asap!
