ZCRM used to have a prominent link to their Roadmap listing features that were in development. I can't find it anymore on the website (I do confess that I only did a cursory search).
I have getting frustrated with the lack of development in several key areas and I would like to see if they are on the Roadmap.
ZCRM is a product that does so many things right. However, there are a few critical things that it does not do well (at least for my work methods and processes). I am at the point where I need to figure out if I should stay with ZCRM or explore my options.
