We have been using ZohoCRM for the last couple of month and concerned about datalosses, corruptions etc.

 

Is it possible that Zoho could lose all our data? - hacking and corruption included. or will it never happen X.

 

What is the best practice in terms of backup. Getting Zoho to do this on a regular basis and doing manually is long-winded.

 

Is there some routine (script or macro) one could run? What would you guys who have been using it for a long time advise.
