Zoho Projects - Your portal xxxgmaildotcom has been inactive for a while and is scheduled to be deleted

Dear  xxx,

We are following up on our previous email. We notice that there is no activity in your portal anykael80gmaildotcom for more than 30 days. As already mentioned, our system will trigger a cleanup of inactive portals automatically. In case you have missed our previous email please follow the steps given below to save your data.

Here is how you can save your data:

1. Log into your portal --> go to the Setup --> Data Administration and click Backup. Click the Export Now button. Data will be backed up & will be emailed to you.

2. Upgrade to your paid subscription and retain all your projects & also enable auto backup of your portal data.
Please be informed that the Zoho Projects portal and all associated data will be deleted by the scheduled cleanup after 7 days. You can also downgrade to the free plan and keep using Zoho Projects.

However, if your FREE plan portal is not accessed for more than 6 months (180 days), the entire portal data will be deleted which is again part of our maintenance.

Note: This won't affect any of the other Zoho Services that you are using.
