What is the best way to add a knowledge base solution to keep formatting consistent?

What is the best way to add a knowledge base solution to keep formatting consistent?

My company and I are currently evaluating Zoho support and the customer Knowledge Base in particular.  I was hoping I would be able to copy and paste from Word seamlessly, but that doesn't appear to be the case.  Does anyone have suggestions for keeping formatting consistent throughout your knowledge base?  The formatting options available appear a bit limited.  I'm not comfortable using HTML not that I wouldn't consider learning it better and using it for formatting solutions.  The ability to copy and paste from Word would've been nice since all of our documentation is already in a consistent format.  Any suggestions appreciated.
