Hello everyone. Hoping that someone else has come up with a solution to my issue. If I understand the flow correctly (Salesforce trained) Leads to Contacts linked to Accounts. Deals link to Contacts.
With this in mind when I contact a lead I create a call. Then I schedule a call. Once I have qualified them then they become a contact. So far so good.
My problem is that when I need to call them back, and I have scheduled a call they don't show up in today's calls. If I goto the Activity tab some of them are there, and others are not. They are broken down by Open/Deals and Lead/Contacts. If I goto the lead tab the calls are there. If I goto the contact Tab, the calls are there. But I am looking for a way to have it give me by date my scheduled calls for the day. I assumed that was what the dashboard was for, but it doesn't matter what I select, I don't see any data even if I set it to overdue. And I have some that are overdue.
Can anyone point me in the correct direction? Thanks in advance!
