What is the best way to interact with Contacts and Accounts associated to a Potential?

I am new to Zoho. What is the best way to interact collaboratively with Contacts and Accounts associated to a Potential? I want the ability to post documents, add comments and messages all while being able to see it associated to the Potential. Would I use Chat, Groups or something else?
