What is the best way to manage leads from the same company?

What is the best way to manage leads from the same company?

We gather multiple leads from the same company and send them prospecting emails and calls.  We track the emails and calls through Zoho.  When one replies either with some or no interest what should we do with the other leads to note this?

Situation 1: Lead from ABC Company replies with interest.  We convert Lead to Contact and create deal.  As of this moment all the other leads are still technically in the pipeline to contact.  
Possible Problem: We don't want to keep attempting to email/call the other leads after we essentially got our foot in the door.  How do we avoid this?
Solution?: Should we convert all of them to Contacts so they can be connected to the deal?  Should we leave them as leads but tag or update their status?  Do we add notes to all the leads from the other company?

Situation 2: Lead from XYZ Company replies that they do not need our service at this time but will keep us in mind for future projects.
Solution?: Do we update the status of all the leads from that company to "contact in future"?  How do we know that one of the leads replied and that's why they are listed as that status?
