We are a flooring contracting company and are setting up to use Zoho in the Sales process. However we would also like to modify one of the tabs, perhaps potentials in order to track the status of the flooring jobs we are doing. We receive work orders which will then assign emoployee's (Via contacts) to who will be working that job based on skill set.
Once the job date comes and it starts, we will have a custom tab with a drop down field for the options .These are not long projects. Most only a day so Zoho Projects will not be necessary.
