This may seem a stupid question, but interested in how others use CRM's, particularly if they are not large corporates, which many CRM's are grown out of.
I have used CRM's before and always find the linking of contacts to Accounts a pain. Is there a particular reason especially if you only have a few, at most, contacts per account, it necessary to use this area?
Surely adding a Contact field (or several) to the account is adequate.
It also confuses those new to CRM.

How do you mport contacts and enable them to be linked to Accounts?
