What is the correct way to delete documents from the system?

What is the correct way to delete documents from the system?

I have deleted all 6000 plus documents from my Desktop/Zoho Drive Folder, then from Zoho docs online, then from Manually from the trash folder and yet I still have the documents in Zoho docs. What is the correct way to delete documents from the system without having to individually delete each one?

Also I have deleted  Workspaces from My computer/Zoho Drive, then on Zoho docs in the web browser, and Zoho Drive is still trying to sync them, but resulting in an error and I cannot see the workspaces anywhere.
