Could somebody help me to understand what is the difference between potentials and quotes in Zoho CRM?
I know that there is an explanation in Zoho CRM on what potentials/quotes mean however I still don't understand how would this make a difference for my reporting if I'm using only potentials or a quote?
Does it make a difference if instead of quotes I use only potentials?
I hope someone could have a simple explanation. Thank you in advance
