What is the difference between Sending Files for signature using Zoho Sign or Zoho Mail Merge in Zoho CRM?

I'm using Zoho CRM in our company to build a system to facilitate our operation procedures, the usage of implementing CRM is smooth until now but i faced a challenge while creating generated PDFs by reading data from CRM's modules, I'm familiar with Zoho Sign as building templates and then click on the Zoho Sign button in Zoho CRM system to send files for signature, but now i encountered that Mail Merge (Zoho CRM) has an option to send files for signature directly without using Zoho Sign but the difference is in the total credits provided for us.
So i wanted to know what is the difference between sending files for signature using mail merge in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sign by choosing (Merge & send for sign collection) in Zoho Writer?
