What is the status on IMAP / EAS / EWS for Zoho Mail? Things aren't working!

Every FAQ and tutorial provides details about setting up IMAP and EAS for mobile, but a proper setup that fully works with either IMAP or EAS for email clients like Outlook, MacMail. I was in a test fase and severely tested setup and integrations with your Zoho Apps and stumbled across so many bugs...

I really don't understand why basic email, calendar functionality and integration with an email client isn't really nailed down. Also the new iOS/Android Zoho Mail App (v2.1), every now and then just automatically logs out (as it gives that message) and when mails are received (tests) no push message appear on the iPhone? But it does work with the iPad. 

@Zoho: Can you give us a clear outline on the status / roadmap for Zoho Mail when it comes to a solid working IMAP, EAS/EWS implementation?  
As it's really a waste of my time to figure this all out just by testing and finding out that it's not working.
Just be honest to your customers and/or potential customers, cause I've looked on your forums and this shit dates from 1 year and longer, however most of the issues reported were not properly answered or NOT answered at all? Why is that?


Just a list of really shitty stuff I came across when just testing:

  • IMAP only syncs 1 month of emails even though you've set up ALL or 24 Months or whatsoever more than 1 month
  • EAS/EWS mode works using msync.zoho.com but subfolders aren't synced in email clients and still 1 month of email data
  • Moving or Creating folders / subfolders in IMAP is totally screwed up...?!
  • It doesn't show and sync in Zoho Mail Online or IMAP client version and online version are completely out of sync. And yes, IMAP Access and Auto-Spunge are enabled.
  • Changing Zoho Main Language setting totally screws up the IMAP folders (re-naming = duplication) and you end up with a mailbox which can't be used untill you chenge back language settings.
  • Zoho Mail App (v2.1) doesn't show push mail messages on the (locked or open) screen.
  • Also noticed that Zoho Mail just automatically logs out sometimes without reason which probably is the reason why not getting the push mail messages?
  • More to find out not working...hope not?!
Can you give us a clear answer on IMAP / EAS / EWS for Zoho Mail ? 
A (temporary) workaround untill you fix this?
