What on earth is going on with email notifications!?

What on earth is going on with email notifications!?

Hello,

One of our users is receiving email notifications everytime someone posts a new thread here or one is updated? I'm not even receiving updates on the threads I posted it's driving him nuts.

I've had to disable his Zoho account until this is sorted. It's a brand new user created yesterday.

Please advise ASAP.
