I embedded a contact form created with Zoho Forms into my Wix website and the responses come back into Zoho Forms. So far so good. I fully expected that once the form was received the contact details would be imported into the contacts of my Zoho Email account but this doesn't happen, I'm guessing because the email list is maybe a personal list rather than an organization wide list.
So it seems that I have to purchase the Campaigns module and or the CRM module at more cost to our little club. This seems to be overkill for what we need. Am I missing something? Is there a simple, low cost way of achieving what I need? What started as a free email system is now developing into something that is going to require a monthly fee that we can't afford. Argh!
I asked Zoho support, but I just get their standard answer "Sorry Forms does not integrate with Email". Really! I mean is that the best they can come up with?
