When you use a system like we do, all day, every day, it is easy to notice when things are not right. For the last week or so, we have been seeing and experiencing minor service/performance issues:
- Email screen will not load properly - long delays - but it always eventually opens. This is not normal.
- Tried to access email and got a message that suggested there were to many attempts to access email? Really? That is a new one - never, ever got that message in 5 years of usage.
- Longer than usual time to open any screen/module - at random. Slow one minute but not the next.
- Attachments to Sales Order modules dissappeared - then we had to do it over again.
- etc
These same issues have been reported by multiple users at different locations. So this is NOT a network problem on our end. We have seen it in Minneapolis and I experienced in Denver this past weekend.
So - what's going on? Are you guys updating servers, changing infrastructure, etc?
Something is not right.
