Sticky notes in Zoho CRM are a great way to quickly jot down details about a call, a task or any other information that needs to be easily accessible. These are personal notes and not visible to other users in your CRM account. Sticky notes are available in all Editions of Zoho CRM.

Set up event reminders
Zoho CRM allows you to set reminders for every event you create. You can now set up to 20 reminders for one event. Learn more>> Using CalDAV
View forecasts based on "pipeline" and "target achieved" counts
You can now view the forecast details based on the target achieved count and the pipeline count in your Zoho CRM. This is applicable for forecasts based on role hierarchy and territory hierarchy.
Target Achieved Count - Represents the number of deals won for the month/quarter.
Pipeline Count - Represents the number of deals that are expected to have the closing date within this month/quarter.
