Hi there, trying to set up Airmail on mac with exchange, and i need exchange point url, something like:

https://domain.com/ews/exchange.asmx

Here is airmail's setup instructions: http://support.airmailapp.com/post/95587877803/exchange-endpoint-url-for-auto-discover

Any help?
