In case you missed them, here are the latest updates from Backstage.

You can now enable pre-approval for ticket registrations in your event when you create tickets for your event in the Tickets tab in the Microsite Builder. With this feature, attendees will only be allowed to request tickets to your event rather than completing the registration process. These requests will be displayed in Backstage for you to approve or deny. After ticket orders are reviewed, attendees will then be informed via email with further details about their order. Free tickets are automatically confirmed. Tickets that require payment will be confirmed after the attendee has completed the purchase.

Before the day of the event, exhibitors can hold rehearsals in their booth with a group of test participants to do meeting run-throughs and help everyone on the exhibitor team be well-prepared. Expo rehearsals can be started by exhibitors right from the event microsite. They can also choose which test participants should be included in the rehearsal. When an exhibitor is conducting rehearsals, an Active tag will be shown against their name on the event microsite.
