This post will give a sneak peek at few exciting features that are open right now and some that will be opened in the coming weeks!
Zia - The Conversational AI and more
Zia has proved itself as your best companion in sales by letting you think and act smartly. Your sales assistant is now empowered with some really cool set of enhancements.
Zia Voice
, we have added a conversational interface to Zia where you can ask for her assistance in doing something within your Zoho CRM account or even get your questions answered. There is no need to dig through multiple reports for a piece of information, just ask Zia what you are looking for and she will fish it out for you.
Zia's Workflow Insights
, adds more intelligence to your automation processes through timely alerts, notifications and insights. Zia closely monitors your workflow rules, when and how they are executed and suggests what you can do to improve them.
Experience an improvised Blueprint with SLA and checklist enhancements
We have included a suite of updates to heighten your experience of configuring and executing a Blueprint. Right from saving a Blueprint as draft to ensuring a more streamlined execution, we have added features to make process building a smoother experience.
Some of the top enhancements in Blueprint are as follows:
- Set SLA (time limits) for states so that a record does not stay in a State for too long. If it does, you get notified.
- Add checklists for your sales teams. These are quick To-Do items for your sales reps to cross off, in order to progress to the next stage in a process.
- Save a Blueprint's process flow as a draft if you need more time with it before you can publish it.
- Mandate attachments and associated module details in the During Transition section of a Blueprint. For example, you can mandate the association of a task or a quote in the During Transition section of a Deal-follow up process.
- When you modify a Blueprint, you will now be offered the option of moving existing records in a process to the latest version or taking them out of the Blueprint altogether. This ensures that all your records follow the latest version of a Blueprint at a given point in time.
Organize your Data using Subforms
A single form may not be enough for you to capture all the information of a record. So here we bring, a subform, to help you associate multiple items to one customer. In simple terms, a subform is a secondary form or a table, which will enable you to include multiple line items into a primary form.
Build your UI component and integrate with external application using Widgets
With widgets you can perform actions using off-the-shelf software services that are not supported inside CRM. Widgets are embeddable UI components that you can create on your own to carry out functions that utilizes data from third-party applications seamlessly.
