Hello Everyone,
I hope all of you are doing well. We are pleased to inform you know about some of the recent enhancements in Bigin. Three enhancements have been put in place; in this post, we'll go over each in more detail.
#1 Quick Preview
Previously, when you needed to see a specific record's details from list view or pipeline view, you would click on the record and be directed to a full-page overview of that specific record. Clicking the back arrow is required to return to the list view or pipeline view once more. This method of navigating has the drawback of requiring frequent switching between the list view and the detail view. To address this, we've added Quick Preview, which enables you to quickly scan a record's details without going to a full page detail view.
The small eye icon for Quick Preview is visible over each record. You can see a brief preview of the record by clicking the icon. Direct record editing is possible from this view. Quick Preview option is now available in all the modules and views in Bigin.
#2 Change Pipeline/Stage in Bulk
With this enhancement option 'Change Stage/Pipeline' you may now select multiple records from any pipeline and move them to a different stage, sub-pipeline, or team pipeline.
#3 Convert Sub-pipeline to Team Pipeline
This is one of the most anticipated enhancements, users who have recently started using Team Pipeline had certain challenges when attempting to move their existing sub-pipeline into a new separate team pipeline. This enhancement addresses this issue, by providing a new option to convert a sub pipeline into a team pipeline. With this feature you can convert any sub pipeline into a team pipeline. You will need to provide the needed details for creating a pipeline, and also you can add the fields required.
Once you convert sub pipeline, all the records in the sub pipeline are also moved into the new team pipeline.
But the sub pipeline still exists with no record in it. You can delete the sub-pipeline if you no longer need it.
Note : To move records from the team pipeline back to sub pipeline, use the Change Stage/Pipeline option.
That's all for these enhancements. We sincerely hope you find these improvements useful. Please give them a try and provide us with feedback in the comments section below. Watch this space for future announcements.
Thank you,
Sai Shree
