Hello Users! We're back with another round of updates for Zoho Analytics. This month's release focuses on giving you greater flexibility in how you visualize, manage, and act on your data. We are introducing richer data visualizations, smarter AI-powered insights, expanded connector support, a more capable data model editor, and better handling of large exports. Here's what is new.

Two new capabilities have been added to geo map visualizations:
The geo map now responds to the active user filter. For example, selecting a country from a filter automatically zooms the map to show that country or its states. This removes the need to create separate maps for different regions.

Charts that display two category axes, one on the X-axis and one on the Y-axis, can now be sorted on both axes independently. Previously, sorting was available only on one axis at a time. With this update, you can, for example, sort regions alphabetically on the X-axis while sorting product categories by sales volume on the Y-axis, giving you more control over how data is arranged and read.

Ask Zia now shows its Agent Thinking Process. It's a step-by-step breakdown of how Zia interpreted your question, identified the relevant data, and arrived at the response. This gives analysts and business users greater transparency into Zia's reasoning, making it easier to verify outputs and build confidence in AI-generated insights.
Zia response cards now include an Export icon. You can export Zia's generated reports directly from the response panel without saving to the workspace first or navigating to a separate view. This speeds up the workflow when you want to share or store Zia's output quickly.
Python scripts in Code Studio now support a requirements.txt file. You can list the external libraries your script depends on in a standard requirements.txt, and Code Studio will install them automatically when the script runs. This eliminates the need to manage dependencies manually and makes scripts more portable and easier to maintain, especially for team environments where multiple people work on the same scripts.

We've expanded our integration ecosystem with two powerful new connectors:
Connect Zoho Analytics to your SendGrid account to bring email performance data into your reports. Analyze send volumes, delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, bounces, and unsubscribes and combine this data with your CRM, revenue, or product data to understand how email campaigns are influencing business outcomes.
Integrate Intercom with Zoho Analytics to analyze customer support and engagement data. Track conversation volumes, response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, and cross-reference these with product or revenue data to identify how support quality affects retention and growth.
The Model Diagram has been updated with a refreshed UI and improved rendering performance, making it faster and easier to navigate large, complex data models. Along with these improvements, the following limits have been increased:

These higher limits accommodate larger and more complex data models without requiring workarounds or workspace restructuring.
Large dataset exports now run quietly in the background, freeing you up to keep working in Zoho Analytics without UI freezes or timeouts so you can keep working in Zoho Analytics uninterrupted. Once your file is ready, you'll receive a notification to download it at your convenience.
