We've come with a bunch of new updates and enhancements for a fresh start to 2021. Here’s what’s new this February:

 Zoho Books - SurePayroll Integration (US)

Automate your payroll accounting with the Zoho Books - SurePayroll integration. SurePayroll is an online payroll management software that offers one-click payroll with federal and labor law compliance and integration with time and attendance systems. This integration fetches data from SurePayroll to Zoho Books and records them in the respective journals. These transactions will later be collated and put together as reports.

On successful integration, all your SurePayroll transactions will be automatically fetched into Zoho Books. Learn more about the integration from our help document.

Quarterly Return Monthly Payment(QRMP) Scheme (India)

Businesses with a turnover less than ₹5 crores can now enable the QRMP scheme from Settings. If you have enabled this option, GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B will be generated on a quarterly basis from the next quarter. However, you can pay the taxes monthly.

To enable QRMP scheme in Zoho Books: Go to Settings, then Taxes and enable the QRMP scheme.

Branches (Global, KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)

The ability to create Branches in Zoho Books is now available for the Global and GCC edition users. You can now manage all your branches in one organization of Zoho Books.

Once enabled, you can:

• Associate all your transactions with the relevant branches.
  

• Generate reports for each branch.
  

• Create a unique Transaction Series for each branch to differentiate the transactions of different branches.
  

• Import and export transactions within branches.
  

• Search transactions based on the branches.
  

By default, you can manage 1 branch in the basic plan , 2 branches in the standard plan and 3 branches in the Professional plan of Zoho Books.You then purchase add-ons to create more branches.

To enable Branches: Go to Settings, then Branches and click Enable Branches.

Updates for organizations with Zoho Inventory:

• Introduced brand and manufacturers fields for line items in the templates section.
  

• Provided the option to view item details of associated composite items in a contextual sidebar.
  

• Added the option to download or print shipping labels in bulk.
  

• Introduced package filters based on View and Type.
  

• Provided the option to view the number of online sales orders for the current billing cycle.
