With the introduction of VAT regime in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Zoho Inventory has introduced two brand new editions: the U.A.E. and the K.S.A. Edition that helps you adhere to the new tax regulations in your country.
Assign tax rates to your products and services, generate VAT compliant invoices and also easily file your VAT returns by integrating seamlessly with our online accounting software Zoho Books. Read More.

3. Approve Transactions

Verify and approve sales and purchase transactions created by your peers before they reflect in your accounts.

5. View the available serial number list for an item

View the serial numbers that are currently available in your warehouse.

Search a serial number of an item and find out the transactions within which it has been used. Read More.

6. Add discount rate on your purchase transactions

Add the discount details provided by your vendor on your Purchase Orders and Bills.
Choose whether the discount has to be applied before or after calculating the tax on the total amount. Read more.

7. Closed Status of Purchase Orders

Choose the action following which you want your purchase orders to be closed in Zoho Inventory. Read more.

8. Use Keyboard Shortcuts

Quick with your fingers? Don't let the clicking and scrolling slow you down. Go to Zoho Inventory and press 'Shift' + '?' to learn our simple keyboard shortcuts and make use of it to get your work done faster.
