Hello customers,
This month, we're back with another set of fresh updates and enhancements that we've made to Zoho Inventory. Let's dive in and take a look at what's new:
Integrate your Zoho Inventory account with your own EasyPost account
It's now possible to integrate your Zoho Inventory account with multiple shipping carriers using your EasyPost account. You can connect your account by entering your EasyPost API Key. Once connected, all the shipping carriers you've configured in your EasyPost account will be displayed in Zoho Inventory, and you can use any of them to ship your items.
To integrate: Sales Order Cycle Automation
We're thrilled to announce that the Sales Order Cycle Automation feature is out of beta! Save time by automatically creating follow-up transactions (invoices, packages, and shipments) after a sales order has been created.
To automate your sales order cycle:
Go to Settings > Preferences > Sales Orders.
Scroll down to Automate the Sales Order Cycle section, and click the toggle next to it.
Updates to the Zoho Inventory iOS and macOS apps
You can now view a customer's billing and shipping addresses either using Apple Maps or Google Maps after tapping on an address in the customer's details page. We've also added more templates: a compact template for all editions, and the standard and simplified templates for the Saudi Arabia edition.
And lastly, part of this month's updates were identifying and fixing a few bugs to ensure a more hassle-free experience for our users.
This is just some of what's new in Zoho Inventory. To see all the updates and enhancements that were made, visit our What's New timeline. If you have any questions or suggestions, leave a comment below.
