What's New in Zoho Payroll [India Edition]: November 2021
Hello everyone,
We hope you’re doing well. We have been constantly working on improving your experience with Zoho Payroll so that you can complete all your payroll activities on time and without hassle. This month, we have made enhancements to the Approvals module to make the review process better.
New enhancements to make reimbursement claims and POI approvals easier
Payroll is not just disbursing salaries. It also includes calculating taxes accurately so your business and your employees are compliant with the Government statutes. This means reviewing your employees’ investment proofs and reimbursement claims, and we know that it can be an arduous process to go through each one. So, to make your work easier, we have revamped the page and provided the following options:
- Zoom in and zoom out buttons to get a clearer view of the uploaded proof
- The Download button which allows you to save the proof quickly
- Space to add comments and Approve or Reject buttons to confirm or reject the investment right away, and
- Full-screen mode
These options are available in the Approvals module under the Proof of Investments and Reimbursements tabs for all the attachments. You can read about the approvals process in detail in our help document.
