What's New in Zoho POS April 2026

Welcome to Zoho POS’s monthly update, where we share our latest feature updates, enhancements, events, and more. Let’s take a look at how April went.

Access and manage other web applications in Zoho POS with Web Tabs

You can now access external and internal business web applications directly within Zoho POS using Web Tabs. This eliminates the need to switch between browser tabs. You can embed these applications with Web Tabs and they will appear as additional tabs in the navigation menu for quicker access.

Imagine you run a supermarket and use Zoho POS for billing and inventory, Zoho Books for tax filing, and another external platform for your online store, moving between these tools every day can disrupt your workflow. With Web Tabs, you can embed and access all these applications within Zoho POS, making your operations seamless.

You can also control who has access to each Web Tab by setting user permissions to help you manage usage across your business.

Only websites or web applications that support being displayed in an embedded frame can be added as Web Tabs in Zoho POS. If a website blocks embedding through browser security settings, it may not load within Zoho POS.

Gather data with customizable Web Form

Web Forms let you create customizable forms to collect business-specific information within Zoho POS. You can design forms using custom modules and share them via a link. Responses submitted through the form are automatically stored in the Custom Modules section.

Imagine you run a hypermarket and want to collect customer feedback on sales assistance, billing, delivery, and payments. You can create a form with relevant fields and share it with customers. This helps you gather insights within Zoho POS and improve your services.

Zoho POS iOS app with Arabic and RTL support for Saudi Arabia

We have launched the Zoho POS Android app for the Saudi edition of Zoho POS. The application offers a complete Arabic user interface with full right-to-left (RTL) support, along with access to English and French language interfaces to cater to diverse retail needs. You can print invoices in Arabic, English, or a combination of both, with support for both left-to-right (LTR) and right-to-left (RTL) formats. The app is available on the App store.

Zoho POS Android and iOS app for the United Kingdom

We have launched the Zoho POS Android and iOS application for UK customers. The application is completely compliant with the UK tax structure and offers seamless billing experience with in-store billing peripherals such as printers, cash drawers, and payment terminals. The application is available on the App Store and Play Store.

Ask the Experts about Zoho POS - Live discussion

We hosted our Ask the Experts – Zoho POS Live Q&A session on 7 April, bringing together customers and partners from across multiple regions. It was an engaging session where we interacted directly with attendees, addressed a wide range of questions, and discussed real-world use cases and feature expectations around Zoho POS. We also received valuable feedback on enhancements, upcoming features, and areas where we can improve clarity and communication.
