Hello everyone,
Welcome to Zoho POS’s monthly update, where we share our latest feature updates, enhancements, events, and more. Let’s take a look at how July went.
Support for Saudi's ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing
We have added support for ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) Phase 2 e-invoicing for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia. To help you comply with the latest ZATCA requirements, Zoho POS now generates the required invoice XML, applies the necessary cryptographic security features, and supports QR code generation as required. You can submit B2B (standard tax invoices) to the Fatoora portal for clearance before issuance, while B2C (simplified tax invoices) can be reported to the Fatoora platform within 24 hours of issuance.
Round-off adjustments based on payment modes - Beta
In Zoho POS, we have supported round-off adjustments on the total transaction value to help simplify transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience. Now, we have extended this capability to payment modes (cash, card, wallet, and more), allowing you to enable round-off adjustments only for the payment modes where they are required. We have also introduced multiple round-off values, giving you the flexibility to choose the rounding option that best suits your business.
For example, if you enable this option only for Cash, the transaction value will be rounded off only when the payment is closed using cash. Transactions closed using other payment modes will not be rounded off.
