What's New in Zoho POS - May 2026

Welcome to Zoho POS’s monthly update, where we share our latest feature updates, enhancements, events, and more. Let’s take a look at how May went.

Introducing the new Settings page with enhanced search

The Settings page has been revamped with a new All Settings landing page. There, modules and sub-modules are grouped under relevant categories such as Business Settings, Module Settings, and Extensions & Developer Data for easier navigation.

We also enhanced the search experience where you can now search using module names, sub-module names, options within sub-modules, or even the purpose of a setting, and the relevant module or sub-module will appear in the results.

For example, if you search for the keyword “Logo,” the Profile sub-module under Business Settings will appear since it contains the option to upload your brand logo.

Store and reuse files in Zoho POS

We introduced the Documents module in Zoho POS, where you can upload and store files such as PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, images, and ZIP files for future use.

This module also acts as a central repository for files uploaded across Zoho POS, such as item images, quotation PDFs attached to customer emails, and more. You can also organize files into folders for easier access and navigation.
