We've added new features that your customers will love! This month's updates are centered around increasing the convenience factor for your customers whenever they interact with Zoho Subscriptions. Here's what's new:
Zoho SalesIQ Integration
Connect Zoho Subscriptions with Zoho SalesIQ to offer chat support to your customers when they visit the Customer Portal. You can respond to customer queries instantly or set up bots to help with automated messages.
PayTabs Integration for the Global Edition
The PayTabs payment gateway integration, which was previous available only for the UAE and Saudi Arabia editions of Zoho Subscriptions, is now available for the Global edition as well. This payment gateway lets you collect payments in more than 168 currencies using popular payments options like American Express, MasterCard and Visa, along with GCC-based payments methods such as SADAD, mada, Knet, Oman Net and BENEFIT.
In-built SMS Service (Indian Edition)
Zoho Subscriptions' own SMS service is now available for the Indian edition. This means you can send automated SMS notifications and reminders to your customers without having to integrate with a third-party SMS provider. Learn more.
Debit Card Auto-charge for Razorpay (Indian Edition)
The Razorpay integration now supports auto-charge for debit cards on the hosted payment pages and from the Customer Portal. This feature will work for MasterCard or Visa debit cards that are issued by the following banks: Canara Bank, Citibank, ICICI Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
