I submitted a request to unblock my mail accounts. They seem to be blocked for outgoing mail, and I have been waiting for days to have this fixed with no reply. I have submitted 2 tickets and an email. My work has to completely stop. I pay for the service and it's very frustrating to not have this sorted.

How long does it take for them to manually review and fix this?
