I am kinda new to Zoho CRM and trying to learn new things particularly in reporting/filtering.
I'm trying to figure out how to track in Zoho CRM "how fast our clients connect back via LinkedIn".
BACKGROUND:
- We use LinkedIn as our main platform to get connected with our clients.
- In Zoho CRM, we have a field called "LI Connect Msg" for our Leads. This is where we place the "message code" that we send to our clients when connecting to them via LinkedIn. (For example: U463, LI470, LI471, etc ...) Looking on this field will tell us what kind of message did we send out to our client.
- We also have a field called "LI Connected" (a checkbox field). We're checking this field if we see that the client has responded to our LI 'Connect' invitation.
- We can obviously track how many individuals connected back when using a particular message by filtering using the two fields, then compare it with other messages.
For example:
1st filter: LI Connect Msg = LI463
2nd filter: LI Connected = (yes)
- My challenge is how to create a report/filter in Zoho to track how fast these individuals connect back based on the type of message we send out. For example: If -- 75% connected back within 3 days; 20% within a week; 5% within 2 weeks, etc ...
