@zohocares advises "working on it" and "soon" and affecting "limited number of customers" but has been over 8 hours, SMTP outgoing doesnt work and incoming IMAP is extremely slow.
Please do not ask for a traceroute (this has been tested from several networks including VPN into different countries)
Please do not ask to clear browser cache (that's just stupid) but regardless this has been tested from several devices
