So, I am testing to integrate Whatsapp to Zoho CRM. I try to add credit like this. 

I expect, after clicking 'make payment' green button then Payment Method pop up will show and I can choose to pay by Credit Card, Paypal or something like that.

but that 10 credits are automatically added to our Zoho CRM without us transfering any money to Zoho. do we will pay it later? I don't think I have registered any credit card at all to Zoho CRM
