WhatsApp integration on Business Messaging in Zoho CRM
I think it's fantastic that we now have WhatsApp integrated with Business Messaging on Zoho CRM.
But it has a GRET downside! You can't initiate a message to a Lead or a Contact. So if they don't make a first contact, you can't communicate with them using WhatsApp. For example, when a new Lead fills out a Web Form form your website, it would be great if you could send them an automated WELCOME message via WhatsApp.
META allows this if you use a template that has been previously approved by them.
Can we as a community do something so that the team at Zoho works on making this template option happen?
That would make their tool complete and truly useful don't you think?!
