Hi 

Zoho mail has support of Read Receipt so when person read the mail get notification back on Email.

Instead of Email notifications - Some cool WhatsApp like Feature you can put, using which one can easily know the status of Email - Sent, Delivered, Read, Read at what time etc.

It will help because 

1. Less email in inbox for Read Receipt

2. Few days after sending an email, if one needs to check Is it read or no, it will be easier

3. If an email sent to multiple people in To/Cc etc - It will be much easier to get quick idea, who all have read/not read/when read/bounce/soft bounce etc.
