Whatsapp Limitation Questions
Good day,
I would like to find out about the functionality or possibility of all the below points within the Zoho/WhatsApp integration.
- Will WhatsApp buttons ever be possible in the future?
- Will WhatsApp Re-directs to different users be possible based on customer replies?
- Trigger workflow from incoming WhatsApps?
- Multiple users to receive incoming message notification and not just record owner.
- Accessing and operating these WhatsApp messages through the CRM App? This is specifically for employees that are not with their computers over weekends, but always have their phones with them.
