Good day,

I am aware that Zoho has been busy with an update on the Business Messaging side regarding Whatsapp. Specifically relating to Business initiated messages using templates. 

I have been told multiple times that this would be rolled out by the end of the month. However, I have heard nothing since. 

Can someone please provide me with an update regarding this.
