Hi,

I apologise in advance if this question is answered elsewhere in the forum. I'm looking at Zoho CRM for myself and a number of my clients and we all sell to members of the public who obviously aren't associated with an "account". I know you can set up 'personal accounts' with SalesForce CRM but I haven't seen how I can set them up with Zoho CRM.

If someone could help me with this I'd really appreciate it.
