There is a problem with the Validation process, the user must Validate the account twice in order to enter the system properly.. Steps below

 

1.Admin sends new user an invite to project through Add New User (user has never been on Zoho bug tracker before)

2. New user receives mail from Zoho system with the Portal URL, Username, Passsword, Working project and Personal Note.

3. The new user is directed to go to the Portal URL and enter the given username and password

4. New user is then brought to the Account Validation screen; On the Send Email tab, new user is told to 'Click here" to receive confirmation email again and to follow instructions

5. New User goes back to their email account and sees new email "Welcome to Zoho!" New user opens email and follows directions by clicking on the "To confirm Please click here to verify this email address for your Zoho account"-> Click on the Link

6. New User is taken to the Registered Email Confirmation page> with the users email address already present, UI asks for User to enter their account Password (which is the temp password since there has been no change yet)

7. New user enters password then clicks confirm

 

Result: Error stating “Invalid current Password”, though this is the only password that the user is given.

               

Expected Result: Successful Registration is confirmed successful.

 

NOTE: In order for the user to NOT receive this error, the user must Send two Confirmation emails on the Account Validation page
