when creates Related Contact Role created in custom Related module(View Contact Role) In Opportunity code error

so, in opportunity module, when Related Contact Role creates, it will creates in Related 'View Contact Role' module as shared in screenshot 41.PNG (and marked these 2 modules)
- i tried the code as Contact_Role.txt , also shared the screenshot after executed the function as in 42.PNG
