When creating a new form pressing DONE twice fast creates two identical forms

When creating a new form pressing DONE twice fast creates two identical forms

The problem is not that two forms are created. They are identical all the way down to the name. Editing one creates identical editing in the other one. They can't even be renamed separately.
When the 2nd form is deleted, the first form is not deleted and appears empty (witout the fields that were supposedly added to the 2nd form but were visible in the 1st also).
