When creating a Potential from a Contact the Contact Telephone number and email are not brought through

When creating a Potential from a Contact the Contact Telephone number and email are not brought through

When a potential is created from inside an existing contact , the phone number and email are not brought over the contact telephone number and contact email fields , anyway I can get this to wok?
