When does SalesIQ add leads to CRM?

We're using SalesIQ, CRM and Marketing Hub.

When someone completes a newsletter form, it's added to CRM by SalesIQ, before the Marketing Hub process gets chance to run.

How can I control exactly when SalesIQ creates leads?
