When editing a potential's stage, modifications to stages are not reflected. (New Edition)

In the "New Edition" of Zoho CRM. When I go to edit a Potential's stage, I click edit, which reveals the drop-down of stage options.  However, there are two problems:

1. Stages I have created beyond the defaults appear in the drop-down as blank.  

2. Stages whose names I have modified appear with their default values.

Exception: the current stage is reflected correctly.

This problem does not appear when editing Potentials in the "Old Version"  (See second attached screenshot.)
